  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email with order details immediately upon purchase.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable global carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to ensure safe transit. Final shipping speeds depend on your selected shipping method and delivery location:

  • Customs Clearance Time: International delivery typically takes 7 – 21 business days. Processing times at local customs offices may occasionally extend transit times.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking scans to update on the carrier system.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

  • If you detect an error in your delivery address, please contact  @tmkteethity.com immediately. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We take extreme care in packaging your products, but if issues occur in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Take photos of the damaged packaging/product immediately and report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members/neighbors before filing a claim with us at @tmkteethity.com. We will initiate an official inquiry with the carrier to resolve the issue via replacement or refund.
